Kelly was Steve's and my realtor when we purchased two rental properties in the Orlando area. We accomplished this without traveling from Champaign, Illinois, to Orlando. (I realize that most buyers would not want to operate this way, but because of Kelly's expertise, recommendations, and knowledge of the area, we are very happy with our purchases.) I had phone conversations with two other realtors before I was lucky enough to find Kelly. Kelly and his long-term partner, Roberto, own several rental properties of their own...and Kelly totally won us over when he promised by phone that he would approach our search for Orlando property as if he and Roberto were pursuing property for themselves. Kelly has realty work in his blood, and has been doing this work for sometime both in Minnesota and Florida. We highly recommend him! Wade Palmer & Steven Keen
As first time home buyers, it was extremely important to find an agent who would listen and offer professional guidance. Kelly was so patient with us...at times I thought we'd drive him nuts! Nell & Chad
